Since Julie handed off her piece for Semester of Love I felt like I needed to get going on mine. After initially being inspired by the home and relationship of a recent interviewee, I began to think about my home and my relationship. How our bedroom window is a condensed element of who/where we are... I will be recreating this on paper for the show. [Alexis]

Here's an image of the first house I lived in. I don't remember any of it, but it's my favorite. Since your post, I've been looking through my images of home. [Julie]

I love the series you did in a photobooth with pictures of your past houses covering your face. I remember seeing this image printed in another space you lived in. The little apartment with the closet that had stairs. And the perfect nook for your bed. And the green tile in the bathroom with the decorative edging that your landlord hated, and we LOVED. [Alexis]
